Zumba-ing Alone

Thanks everyone, for your comments on my post yesterday about doing things alone. I'm happy to announce that I did go to Zumba without my partner in crime yesterday and I survived. But I learned two things....

I should quit being such a scaredy cat. Once I got into the studio, I pretty much forgot I was alone.

And the Samba is just not my thing. I was fine doing it slow but as soon as the instructor, Lori, sped it up, I looked like a goon.
