I moved up to Level 2 of the Shred this morning. I was getting bored with Level 1and feel like I've plateaued.
I LOVE level 2. I was kind of worried after a few other bloggers mentioned how much they hate it, but I really like it. I feel like I can feel my body getting stronger already. It's also made me realize how weak my little muscles are. The hardest part for me is not the squats but all the arm moves.
I'm getting frustrated that I'm not losing weight like I was ( I think it was mostly water weight before) and I've been meaning to start drinking smoothies for awhile so I finally started this morning. Chelsea posted about how much she loves them recently but I was skeptical. I am the world's pickiest person.

2 handfuls of baby spinach,
1 cup of chunk pineapple, (I'd prefer fresh, but had to use Dole canned)
1 cup of Greek yogurt and
1 cup of coconut water.
About 6 cubes of ice
Blend well and enjoy.
This makes approximately 3-4 8oz servings so I think there's around 166 calories in each smoothie.... please do not quote me on this, I am no nutrition expert.
This is my new crack. It tastes like banana and not like spinach at all. Is it bad that at almost 10am, I've already finished two servings?
For such a picky person who would not touch Greek yogurt and would get tired of eating spinach all the time, this is a perfect way to get more nutrients in.
