I've gotten back on the bandwagon. I found the best inspiration on Pinterest yesterday, this Tumblr has tons of fitness and nutrition inspiration, I could literally get lost for hours in it. It's kind of like everything I'd want to know all in one place. It's full of eating tips, tricks, and recovery suggestions ('cause I mess up and binge once in awhile.)

Of course I want to lose the baby weight I've gained back, but mostly it's about being healthy. I'm trying to convince B that just because we eat food at home that does not mean it's healthy. Until I can accomplish this, I'm Shredding and will probably be doing the treadmill at work when on my lunch break. I just feel better when I work out, I'm in a better mood all day, I have more energy and looking better helps too :)
When I want to give up, I think back to how I felt right before I found out I was pregnant. I was working out at least 45 min. a day, shredding, running on the treadmill, and feeling fabulous. I was sleeping better too.
I did the Shred twice a few weeks ago and then twisted my knee so I took about a week & a half off. I started up again Thursday and, so far, I only rested on Sunday. Pretty proud of myself because I'm at the point where when my alarm goes off at 5am, I know I'll feel guilty if I don't work out so I get up without hesitation. This night owl needs her morning sleep so getting up without hesitation is huge for me.
