A Little Ring Bling

I've always wanted a garnet ring.
Always.
Because it's my birthstone.

But now I'm dying for one. Okay, not dying for one but Boyfriend, the Bambinos and I were all born in January and my family is the most important thing I've ever "done" so I want to carry a piece of my family with me wherever I go.

If money were no object....

I think I like the second to last one best. It's darker and an actual garnet rater than lab created.

And no, this isn't a hint to Boyfriend for Mother's Day, he doesn't read my blog. Not anymore anyway....

  1. Well, what's his email then? This is the PERFECT Mother's Day gift. So pretty.

  3. So meaningful! Would you wear this as an engagement ring? I love nontraditional engagement rings. So funny that you all have January bdays! Are you all Capricorns?

  4. Definitely not an engagement ring - we're not near that point yet. Everyone in my household shares a birthday with someone else: me & boyfriend on one day, and the twins on another. We're technically Capricorns except this year they tried to change the zodiac signs for people born after 2009.

  7. Beautiful rings with a beautiful meaning behind it! And it inspired me to tell my husband I wanted a garnet ring for Mother's day. Our son was born in January and THAT is exactly what I want as his mother! Keep us posted if you get one!

  8. Give me boyfriend's number. I'll call to tell him to read!!!! :-)

I totally wish money weren't an object on a lot of things...

David said for our 10th he's letting me buy myself a new ring. When we got married, I just used my promise ring, then we started havin' babies and it wasn't a priority. Then I lost a 1ct diamond at costco (but didn't feel bad since he bought it cheap!) then I lost my promise ring so I had to buy a new ring last year. This is a smaller ring made up of little diamonds, but I actually like it. I can't justify dropping 10 grand on my finger when we owe money on the car!!! lol... Or could take a vacation!!! ((or get a divorce! lol)) I don't know... But I want a mothers ring... But for us it would be garnet, two diamonds and a sapphire... lol

    LOVE YOU!!
