Teddy & The Fair

Saturday Teddy got a haircut. The poor little guy looks soooo much better!
Then Boyfriend and I met up with our friends Lacey and Jovan who are also expecting (a little girl.) We decided to go to the Puyallup Fair.

B being a dork.

Lacey kept making fun of the people who get all dolled up funny and wear crowns and stuff to the fair so we sneakily tried to get her one of the crowns, she caught onto us too quickly.
Waddling around the Fair.

Something kind of interesting happened at The Fair. We were in one of the expo buildings when we passed by one of those jewelery booths where you can pick an oyster and get a pearl. Even though Boyfriend has been to Hawaii he had never seen one of the booths so he encouraged me to get one.

I picked the oyster I wanted but there was one stuck on top of it. I finally pulled out just the one I wanted when the lady running the booth opened it up. She felt the meat with her thumb and said, "Oh, there's two." B and I looked at each other, are you kidding me?! He told her we're having twins. Apparently two is our lucky number or something.

I ended up with two pearls, one is 6.4mm and the other is 6.7mm. They're not exactly the same size but close enough that I want him to make pearl earrings out of them for Christmas.

  1. Dude. The two pearls thing is insane!

  2. Right? We thought it was pretty crazy.

  3. hiii randomly found your blog! i'm going to follow you :)

  4. That is soooooo awesome. Wow. I say it would be better for a "push" present or your 1st Mother's Day!!!! Wow. That is really beyond too cool....I love it. I am gonna say the babes are two of a kind now....I first though boy/girl, but now....I am gonna keep that a secret! (How does that make you feel? HA!)

  5. That is CRAZY about the 2 pearls!! Can you believe it?!?!

  6. whoa...that is crazy about the two pearls. you're just double the fun lady! ;)

oh and teddy looks so cute! clean cut works for him.

  7. I couldn't get past the dog pictures.

We used to have a lhasa apso and we'd have to shave the poor thing down about once every 3 or 4 months.

She always looked like a different dog, but she no longer smelled like ass.

Your dog looks cute either way.

I'd love to hear what you have to say, I always ALWAYS write back so please make sure you have an email attached to your profile :)
